Re: roller weights
I found the solution, the fastest you will get with a stock KF47 157cc Honda PCX160 engine. And it was absolutely painful to follow through. Poor performing parts won't be listed. Below is the reference links with some commentary. I have never done a write-up or anything like this so advice is welco...

Re: Final drive gear tooth count?
https://www.hondapcx.org/viewtopic.php?t=4373 A big job. Might be easier to see if you are using all the CVT pulley first and address that. There are after-market drive faces that are slightly larger. 120mm vs stock 117mm. Which will give you a bit more. Do you have a tach.? So you know if the engi...

Re: Final drive gear tooth count?
As you mentioned 157cc I assume this is a PCX160 with 15.8hp. Theoretically from my aerodynamics formula and results on 125/150 you should be good for about 79 mph. (revs allowing). This is with J.Costa (ie. tuned variator|) and a freer flowing exhaust. NB. J Costa has a 13 deg pulley angle. vs. st...

Re: roller weights
Does anyone know the "sweetspot" for the new 4 valve engine? the 157cc KF47 lowest roller weight without loosing top speed? Also stock size? dimensions and gram weight?

Re: How-To: Install a final drive gear up kit
Hello! is this guide accurate for the current generation PCX? will it also work with the 2022 Honda PCX 157cc 4 valve engine? I consider myself moderately inclined, mechanically speaking. I wouldn't consider myself "engineer" so gear ratio arithmetic is out of the question. I can however t...

Final drive gear tooth count?
Hello, I'm interested in learning how to understand the final drive gear affects top end. Most videos on the 157cc PCX aren't in english and I am confused if lower tooth count equals more top-end at the sacrifice of acceleration which would be made up for by lower roller weights(20x15 right?) Or is ...
