Yeaah if I wanted ridiculous speeds id buy an r1 or a ninja I want a bit more top end speed with out spendin to much money

is there any sort of restrictors in the exhaust when i hit about 65 - 67 mph the power seems to cut out or lag for a few seconds then kick back in!

has any one got any clue how to de restrict one of these?
and if you do what top end do you get??
is there any bad points of doing it???

i dont know any one with scooters just bad ass super bikes and there is no point in going for a ride with them because ill end up riding on my own anyways
