Pulled silver dust and specs from your transmission? If I found stuff like that, I wouldn't be riding at all until I got it checked. Looks kinda like bearing pieces or something. You might wanna get that to a mechanic, unless you can trust yourself to take a look at the internals. Just my thoughts.

Can't say I've had that same issue, but I see where you're coming from. Maybe overfilling the gas is messing with things somehow? Who knows. Like you say, best to just stick to filling up til the pump stops next time. Bit strange that it doesn't cause issues right away, though. On a side note, yeah,...

For the trip meter, just press the mode button until you see it, then hold to reset. As for figuring out the range, track your miles and how much fuel you put in, then do the math. It'll give you a rough idea of what you’ve got left in the tank. You’ll get used to it after a few rides.

don't be too hard on yourself about the wallet situation – I once drove halfway across the state before realizing I'd left my phone at home! Keep on trekking, my friend, one ride (and one chocolate bunny) at a time.

That's odd, RandalllFlaggg. Belts usually have directional arrows for installation. It might just be okay now but problems might come later. Although if you've clocked 68 MPH on it already, probably not a major issue, just a head's up. Next time be sure to check all parts for any markings before ins...
