Jacob, did you install the Givi box on your own? I'm wondering if I could do the same picking up the OEM honda version, or if I should just have the dealer do it. Wrenches and screws I can handle... wiring for any brakelight though is out of my wheelhouse!

So here are the two accessories my dealer installed for me – total cost plus installation was maybe $180 or so. Haven't really needed them yet, but I did test them on one short ride. Will definitely come in handy for the long haul!

Thanks Guy, maybe that's what I need to do. Seems odd that the manual would say to always be sure to use it, when it doesn't seem to work for most who've tried, but I'll try harder again. I just suited up for some practice riding and it started thundering and raining. Not going out in that!

Thanks as well! The dealer hadn't mentioned that, but fortunately it was maybe one of only two or three times I did that, probably only two, so that won't happen again. Much as I love the red color though, I'm jealous of the color choices you have in Thailand... and your food!

Congrats to another new owner! I bought mine on Saturday, but waiting on the dealer to install a power cable and a handlebar mount for my phone for GPS. Not ready for highway riding to get home just yet, so it's backroads in the beginning. I just don't exactly know the way home, so I need a guide!
