Re: Humpless Seat from Powered byPCX
Thanks for the info. I should be getting 3 or 4 pads/cushions to try out this week, and will let everyone know my thoughts on them. I only want one that works well enough to make those long rides more sufferable. I only get uncomfortable around the 100 mile mark without a break, and if there's somet...

Re: Humpless Seat from Powered byPCX
Second dibs! PM me if you are interested in unloading. No bidding wars though... Ratster did see it first! And yes, I did just fill up my Amazon cart with a couple pads and cushions, including an Airhawk. I did 200 miles yesterday with a few breaks throughout, and couldn't sit still the last 20 or s...

Here's the original link - you can contact the seller to see if he'll ship overseas: http://bit.ly/W1fyWG
My mistake though, these aren't LED's!

Re: Humpless Seat from Powered byPCX
Steph, I have to ask if you think they'd be better for a *really* long trip. I did almost 200 miles yesterday through NJ's Pine Barrens (where Jimmy Hoffa and some Soprano's characters are allegedly buried  ). My butt was *aching* at the end of the day, and I'd love to know if these humpless se...

Re: LOOKING FOR BRIGHT LED LIGHTS FOR DRIVING LIGHTS
I tried replacing the stock bulbs in my 2013 PCX150 with a pair of LED's I bought off eBay (not HID's), and just COULD NOT twist the bulbs out of their holders. Arms are too short, muscles are too weak... either way, I'm having my dealer do it for the 2,500 mile service (which will likely be a 3,000...

I guess opinions on what constitutes a good looking bike is like what Jesse Helms once said about porn... you know it when you see it.

Re: Top Case Recommendation & underseat space?
Where do live, Syria? No, Honolulu. Less killing, more stealing. Nice! I was born there in '68, at Tripler Army Hospital, while my father was stationed there. Mom took me back stateside when I was two weeks old, so it was only on my honeymoon in 2002 that I got a chance to finally see the state... ...

Gotcha... kinda looks like the child of a PCX and a CTX. Interesting concept.

Like what? I'd have thought maybe yet moved the rear take to the left handle. I love the overall look regardless.

FYI, I spoke with the service manager and he said his sheet wasn't updated, and that he follows Honda's recommended intervals.

As far as I'm concerned, a decent bike is one I enjoy riding and feel safe on. But suggestions are welcome!

Second service at 2,500 mi or 4,000?
I went up to my dealer this past weekend to set up an appointment for the 2,500 mile service, per the manual (and to gawk at other bikes  ). The manager wasn't there, but a tech looked at a worksheet and said the second service should be at 4,000 instead. I checked the manual, and it did say 4,...

Re: Making a List & Checking it Deuce
Ha! I did the same thing on Saturday myself! I've been a 150 owner (and rider in general) for a year next month, and already yearn for more power and a bigger bike (and tank). I originally wanted the Forza until I saw it's size (as a comparable Kymco at the time) and thought it too big for the garag...

Re: PCX 150 on the interstate
Throw on a daytona variator and advance pro drive face with a reinforced belt and 12g dr pulley sliders and fly over 70 mph down the highway. That's what I like to do :D I truly have no idea what any of those words mean! This is my first bike, so I have no prior experience on any motorcycle, ...

Re: Ermax +25 Windscreen
At about 5' 7", I had an issue with the short Givi and horrible wind noise, but the tall one was fine. Didn't take long to get used to looking through it, either.
Went out for 4 hours on Saturday, and went back to the stock shield. Summer riding is far more enjoyable "naked"!
