Here in SD anything over 49cc requires a motorcycle license and dmv plates. 49cc and under you just need a valid drivers license. With most other brands offering 49cc and 150cc...

Go for it. LED's are cheap enough and its a nice safety and cosmetic mod you can do to stand out from the rest.

I haven't ever heard of a new one going for the MSRP. The markup on the bike is less than the amount of tax you have to pay on the bike new, so no matter what you'll be out the door over MSRP. At Full MSRP there is only $138 profit for a Honda Dealer....no room to do anything..... ;) Ok so I am cur...
