Re: What is the most gas-efficient speed?
The speed is 65 km/h. But is boring for a good asphalt and more than 10 km riding....so a "win-win" speed is 80 km/h.

Re: The new PCX, 2014 model.
If Honda decide on a new model I would like to see a clock, and a deeper saddle without the "Arsekiller" hump. Lots of guys and girls here in Thailand like to modify, so slight style changes would not make much difference. YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!.....you put on write what is mandatory small m...

Re: The new PCX, 2014 model.
I think is overcovering any cent I payed for PCX150-2013; I am happy that I made the right choice buying Honda PCX.
I think willn't be new models some next years...maybe will be some minors modifications. It is selling very well as it is, so no need to spend more by Honda.

I know: 5100 euro!

Is not a little bit expensive?...4000-4500 I think is a fair price for the 300 cc class.

Re: Decision between PCX and S-Wing
Black or red? I have to say the red is gorgeous but I've been offered a black pre-registered bike for 2,200 uk pounds rather than £2400! I think the red one will have better road presence ...... The blue/green one is nice too! HELP!!!!! All we know that the black is absorbing the light, so an black...

Re: Decision between PCX and S-Wing
I think the PCX is a much better around town choice. I agree, for carving through heavy traffic in congested cities the PCX has the edge, but for everything else... Thanks for all your replies. Sounds like the general consensus is for PCX funnily enough as this is a PCX forum! My last quandary is, ...

Re: Decision between PCX and S-Wing
All is depending by ourselves visions; I had a 600 cmc Kawasaki Ninja; soon I decided that for myself is more intelligent to share this capacity into two parts: one for a crowded downtown and other for external trips; so I get a Yamaha Neos 50 4T very usefull into the awfull Bucharest' traffic and a...

Re: pcx125 ..600mile maintance??
I am very calm. I put it by my own hand into the PCX at 1000 km(600mi). The dealer just check visualy the PCX and applied the stamp on the Service & Warranties Book. My query is just an "scientific curiosity" stimulated by the fact that on the bottle of motor oil IS NOT stated what typ...

Re: Decision between PCX and S-Wing
1)Dear Mr.You You Thank you for you appreciation... 2)Dear lady Toria, I can tell you that the PCX125 is ok with you; I had the drivetest with PCX125(40 minutes downtown) and I was very impressed with the performances; knowing that it is exist the version of 150 cmc, I decided to buy a PCX 150 only ...

Re: Decision between PCX and S-Wing
Dear lady, I recommand to choose Honda PCX 150; it is a very up-to-date scooter, incorporating the newest technologies into the engine and starter, and optimisation of transmission. It is very frugal on fuel, very easy to handle without engine (only 129 kgs), and wonderfull driving for daily use. It...

Re: pcx125 ..600mile maintance??
The most of scooters use DRY clutch. My questions are if someone knows this type of motor oil. Nobody use it (Genuine Honda.......)?....and "what type of oil is: blended mineral & synthetic?...blended of synthese oils?...full-synthetic oil? I hoped to get more answers, but it seems nobody u...

Re: Where was you PCX made
Made in Thailand.
Also, for tax reason, it is possible the PCX to be imported in parts and assembley and finally build in EU (Italy).
Who knows?

Re: pcx125 ..600mile maintance??
I was to my dealer for 1000 km (600 mi) first check. I payed only the cost of the motor oil; they told me that the Manhour is FOC (Free Of Charge) from Honda. The type of motor oil was ordered by myself to dealer one month before. (The price was 12 euro/liter). I wanted and I asked to the dealer to ...

Re: How can a 125 outperform a 150?
What I do understand from my seller is that "150" is more expensive than "125" with 100 euro, and for this amount of money i will get better accelerations. Both scooters being restricted at the same speed!

Re: Drive belt
But how you can see on the first photo, the belt can´t go on the upper part of variator. It cause it that, the maximal speed is lesser than before...Before pcx take 110 km/h, now only 100 km/h.....Do you thing, it want only new belt and leash and everything will be how before ? Thnx. I think you sh...
