Re: Know of Any TRUST worthy Honda dealerships?

I know what you mean about crappy dealerships. There are two in the area around me that we won't go back too. One that sells about everything is very pushy and only wants to sell you what they want. We've been there a couple times and ended up walking out. The one that I bought my PCX I should have ...

Re: 2013 PCX 150 USA Real World Speed Information/reviews

I've just been on a 200 mile round trip and the bike cruised at 65 mph no problem. A couple of times it might have dropped to 60 with a headwind and a steep long hill but that is about it I again I blame my weight for this. I'm 300 lbs without gear. If I weighed half that I'm sure I would get bette...

Re: Rejecting my PCX125

I'm sorry with all the problems you are having with your new scooter. Believe me I have had a bad experience with them as well. Mine was a belt that went bad with less then 400 miles. It was said they would replace the belt out of courtesy. Um that's what the warranty is for in my opinion. I had a t...

That's great kramnala. You must have had a great Doctor that you can now play the piano. I see you are still a bit loopy from all the drugs. Wishing you a Speedy recovery.

Re: A GRAND DAY OUT. Post your pics.

Wow that's a lot. In my state we have a written test which once you pass it you get your permit and then a driving test. If you take and pass the MSF course you get a card and to take to the DMV and then you can get your license. In my state it doesn't matter if it a 150cc or 1700cc it's all the same.

What's the "L" for on the windshield? I'm jealous that you guys don't have the turn signal stocks but I would hate riding around with a "L" on my windshield.

Re: Bummer, No Riding for Me for A Few Weeks

I feel your pain. I broke my right shoulder almost 3 weeks ago and I have at least another 3-4 weeks before I can even think about it. Although the shoulder is getting better there is no way I can drive the scooter. Good thing she is at the shop being repaired so there is no temptation to ride. I've...

Re: 2013 PCX 150 USA Real World Speed Information/reviews

I have to agree with everyone on here that I would look at the Forza for what you are wanting a scooter for. I will be honest that I am 5'6" 300 lbs and I have a hard time getting my speed up past 55 mph. With that nothing is left like CaptnJim said for that emergency boost to get out of the wa...

Re: New bike clock

My husband bought me the Clocks4Bikes for my birthday and it works perfectly in the middle of my PCX. Looks great as well. When they sent it they also had a handwritten card thanking him for the purchase. I think it's a nice touch.

Re: Smashed up front end

I can't believe that it's totaled. I was in an accident and they have to replace almost the whole right side, put one mirror, a brake lever and rear turn signal. My parts are $250.00 with labor it came up to $711. I have about 750 miles on it. Although I went down going 30 mph I didn't bend the fram...

Re: safe mode?

You got your PCX up to 70 mph? The most I was able to get it was 60 mph and that was with the wind to my back. 50-55 mph is all I can get mine up to. Although I am a big person.

Re: headlight upgrade

I was talking to a guy at the auto shop he said that he installs HID lights in cars and in motorcycles. I might ask him how much it would cost me for it. He showed me the ballast. I'm just wondering where he would put the ballast. When my husband installs the Signal Dynamics Back Off XP/Brake Light ...

Re: headlight upgrade

I agree after having an accident where the driver asked if I had my headlight on I would like a better light myself. Personally I don't think that she looked to her left before she turned but the more I can be seen the better in my opinion. My husband just bought Signal Dynamics Back Off XP/Brake Li...

Re: Breaking in period

I'm not sure why so much was off. I did have an problem last year with my belt that I wanted them to check because I didn't trust the other dealership I had fix it. At the time I walked in they were just doing the valve adjustments and oil change. I agree I think the valves should be right from the ...

Re: Wow new dash from Kitaco

I like all the added features that this dashboard has but I'm doubtful that I would get it. If I did like you Scompton1. I would have the dealer install it. How much was it for the dealer to install it? I would love the clock in the dash. Right now I have the Clocks 4 Bikes on my scooter. Yes it is ...

Re: Right brake lever not adjustable?

I bought the same ones as Mel, except black with red. I'm having the dealer install them while they are repairing the scooter. I asked them how much would they charge me to put them on and he said he'll do it for me for free since they have to replace the other one.
