Re: No scooter riding for me for awhile.
Thank you guys for all the encouragement. I really needed it today. Last night I went to the orthopedic doctor and I'm now sporting the boot. Although I think it is hurting more today then it did yesterday. It would've been awesome if I had passed the course. I missed it by 4 points. I was disappoin...

Re: Repainting helmet?
I would look into the Plasti Dip. It is removeable and I doesn't damage the original pant. There are plenty of videos on YouTube. This is also the website for it. http://www.plastidip.com/

No scooter riding for me for awhile.
About 3 weeks ago I bought my brand new red PCX150. Yay! My husband did drive it over to a parking lot so that I could ride it once. I wanted to be legal and get my license first so I decided to take the MSF course to help me get my "M" class license. I took the course this past weekend. E...

Re: New PCX facebook fan page
I tried to get my permit a couple weeks ago and failed the test 3 times. I've heard from other people that the Illinois written test is a difficult one. I had read the book and taken pratice tests the week before with no problem. One practice test even had 150 questions. The Illinois test has 15 que...

Re: Convincing my mom
I hear this question a lot on many different forums. It is really hard to convince a mom (or even a wife at time) to do something that she has convictions against. Doing research is a start but in the end you might just have to wait until you are out of the house. Really 3 years is not a lifetime, b...

Re: Bought a new PCX 150 (Red) today
Congrats on your new scooter. I just bought one a few weeks ago but I've never had any motorcycle or scooter experience. My hubby had to drive it home from the dealer. I've only been on it once in a parking lot. I was amazed how quick it feels. I can't wait to get my license so that I can drive it. ...

Re: New PCX facebook fan page
I liked the page. I just purchased a new PCX 150 about 3 weeks ago but I haven't been able to ride it yet because I don't have my motorcycle license yet. Tonight I start the 3 day motorcycle safety course, hopefully upon completion I can get my license. Until then I've been reading up on the scooter.
