Re: 125 -> 150 is it a straight swap?
watching this space.... Interested to know some of the answers to these questions also.. But the way you have phrased the question is a bit misleading. When I think of a swap, I thing of a complete drivetrain changeover. You're asking about parts interchangeability between engines... In either case ...

Re: My Morphous 400 swap is done
Thanks, Although I learned body and paint work 30 years ago and have done it on and off again since, I've never used the plastidip until now. It was like any other paint, just sprayed on a bit thicker than I'm used to. I sprayed the panels with a HVLP gun, only the wheels did I use the spray can. Th...

Re: My days as a PCX owner might be numbered
Keep the PCX as an extra scoot!
Having owned a S-wing before, it's awfully heavy too.
Insurance should be much less for the second scoot. Liability only. You own it right?
BUT,
...... If you want to sell it for $1500, pm me and I can be there with cash in hand, I'm down state from you.

Offer him $500 less than that.
I guarantee he's still making more at that price than selling you a new one.

Re: Looking at buying a PCX150 as my first scoot
I'm sorry, but to compare "out the door prices" between states is unrealistic. So many variables in state to state sales tax rate, license plate fees and requirements, new title and or transfer costs, and others can have a swing of several hundreds of dollars in OTD prices. But, where some...

Re: Came off my bike
Hey there unfortunately last week I had a small accident .. I was driving into a narrow road car came onto me from opposite .. panicked Hit the Brake and was on the floor in less than a second ! Probably there was some liquid or gravel . Nothing happened to me .. I was only maybe 10 kmh Bike 3 scar...

Re: What is It?
Coming from my Jeep days, yes it is a snorkel for deep water crossings. There are several different manufacturers of kits for off road-ish type vehicles. It is pointed the correct way (forward) for highway travel, but ideally, before putting the snorkel to the test, it should be rotated to face the ...

Re: Forza versus Majesty
I currently own a 2011 PCX 125. Am satisfied with the scoot but even though I consider myself a rookie, the scoot seems light to me. I read this forum from "cover to cover" and am debating myself about moving to a heavier scoot. At first thought about simply going to a PCX 150 but then re...

Re: Random spots on right side panel plastic are melting!
The good thing is that the PCX's panels are very cheap compared to most other scoots.
Not sure about that exact piece, but its probably less than the dealer will charge you to "inspect it".
Still very weird....

Re: Know of Any TRUST worthy Honda dealerships?
Go to one shop, any shop that sells helmets will do. Find one helmet that fits your one head. Pay. Leave store with new helmet. Job done. Dumbest advice I've heard. Says the man who can't walk into a Honda dealer and buy a PCX when the only choice to make is between two colours. If its taken you th...

Re: Rejecting my PCX125
Had a word with the sales manager (owner). If said its going to be difficult to accept the rejection at this point. He came up with a solution though, he is ready to take the scooter back and give me a brand new un registered scooter however I will have to put £300 towards it. OR wait for the part ...

Re: Rejecting my PCX125
Very disappointing to hear of your issue. I would keep going up the chain of command at the dealer and factory level. No idea how UK laws are different than USA, but one law is universal... The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Talk to the service manager, the general manager, the dealer/owner of the d...

Re: 2013 PCX 150 USA Real World Speed Information/reviews
We have two PCX 150s, his and hers. They seem to pull the same, but I do outweigh my wife - she gets better MPG than I do, but they seem to have the same top speed: 65 to 67 mph. ... ...................... ................................ That is my "real world" evaluation/review... based...
