Re: Tuning the Forza 300 CVT
Robert, performance you can see in the above video, top speed is still +140km/h (GPS) Mario I'm still use the 17 dr pulley sliders on original variator. Thinking to try: 1 new variator, like J costa or malossi! 2 the new bred suggestion: 24x18 6 sliders but at the moment I don't know the right weigh...

Re: Tuning the Forza 300 CVT
Thanks sendler :) With the editing software I looked picture by picture (50 FPS) to see when the bike starts moving, thats precisely the start of the video so the time line is the same as the results 0-20 > 0-120 that I picket from the time line, the same I did with the previous video with the TechP...

Re: Tuning the Forza 300 CVT
J.Costa with 12.5gr. rollers and the green PS spring mounted on the TechPulley clutch. The clutch setup is now the lightest possible, it feels that the CS springs can be lighter (less slipping) but there are no lighter springs. I think that the standard Honda clutch give's more starting power but th...

So much seats choice for the PCX and nothing for the Forza 300

It also feels fast, and without loosing top speed
And not sure but I think it's more economical when driving normal.

Re: Tuning the Forza 300 CVT
BRed, It wooth be interesting to compare when you video recorded 0-100 / 40-60 / 60-80 and 80-100 Br, Mario Robert: the 24x18 sliders are probably going to be best for reducing rpm at top end... I think they'll be better for touring or commuting as opposed to drag racing or just raw acceleration. I ...

At first I bring them back from 15, 75g to 14g, in total they will be 14, 5g lighter for the 14 pieces.

Re: Tuning the Forza 300 CVT
I forgot to mention the maximum use of the pulley range with the J.Costa on the lowest gear, with the Honda vario there is 5mm unused, this must improve the of the line time when I have the right weights sorted out.

Re: Tuning the Forza 300 CVT
The biggest advantage with the J.Costa is that it's running smoother and more consistent on shifting than the Honda vario, it need some weight tuning though.

Re: Tuning the Forza 300 CVT
This was the previous setup. jqFJEk4ajf4 WbNk6cOWpg Seems like it was only going up to 5,800 at launch in this video. . https://youtu.be/8jJV50TQErM . But that was after the new clutch but before the exhaust. ? . The JCosta weights could be a bit lighter to get you back up from 6,900 rpm to pulling ...

Re: Tuning the Forza 300 CVT
When you look closer and compare the video's with the one's from the previous setup you see that there is almost no difference between them, it's even slower now, not much but I think that's to blame on the weather conditions. Let's see how the J.Costa will perform with lighter weights, devinely it'...

Re: Sena Smart Helmet
A time ago I tested some noise canceling headphones and the results where scarifying good, if they can cancel the irritating wind noise without the needed sounds it will be a winner for sure. Just bought a Shoei Neotec with the Sena 10U system and now they announce this :( The spec's do not clearly ...
