Checking oil. Screw in the dipstick, or no?

It's a pretty simple question that seems to be difficult to get an answer. When checking oil on my 2015 150, do i screw in the dipstick, or just set it on the threads? I've been setting it on the threads and filling it about half way between max and min.
Can anyone confirm which method is recommended by Honda? Maybe the service manual says one way or the other?

Longer Version
Hi Joel, yes a simple question, I'm happy to help. Perhaps others will question
the same, so I shall provide
the following from our users manual (this goes for all PCX years):
(Did ya'll get your Scoots user manual? If
the seller or dealer forgot to give you one, then contact them to get it. If all else fails, by golly order one).
1. Set bike up on center stand - on a firm level surface
2. If
the engine is cold, idle it for 3-5 minutes
3. Turn
the ignition switch off, and wait 2-3 minutes
4. Remove
oil cap/dipstick and wipe it clean
5. Insert
the oil cap/dipstick "UNTIL IT SEATS, BUT DON'T SCREW IT IN." Check that
the oil level is between
the UPPER and LOWER Level marks on
the oil cap/dipstick
6. Securely install
the oil cap/dipstick
You can remember this, print this or bookmark this. Just a reminder from me folks

Strange no owners manual on a US PCX - however an older PCX owners manual can be found via google and downloaded and not much has changed service wise (just the owners manual, not service manual which to be honest you could easily live without as most things are covered in the owners manual or this forum).
Just search for 'honda pcx owners manual' and the first link works!
