I have never found it, mainly because we don't get a lot of fog here, but is there something like Rain-X that you can use on your visor? I know that some of that type of stuff can not be used on plastic, but I just wondered what might be on the market for visors. I have a plastic polish that I use for my windshield. I don't know if it will work with fog, but it is a thought.

There's a RainX for Plastic. Tried 'em all.
Rain beads, runs off. Especially at big speeds.
Mist. Just mists and blocks vision, at 35mph, day or night.
Wipe it and vision returns for another 10/15 seconds.

Also wets the rider....when weather forecast and radar said 0% rain. Fun surprise.
Not complaining - my choice to keep riding.

I usually keep my face shield open a little bit and exhale downwards to avoid fogging up on the inside . . .. Vents are open regardless.

My 20 year old Harley "Winter" riding gloves actually have a "squeegee" attached to the left glove index finger. Not sure how well that would work in Alaska.

They are similar to these "all weather" gloves Harley sells now except they moved the squeegee to the thumb.

Most of the Aerostich gloves have the squegee on them as well. I have a pair of the competition ropers that are pretty excellent.

This is the weather I dread with the tall Givi. I can see over it for traffic, but it blocks my vision for oil or other subtle debris on the road.

Yeah, your issue has a lot to do with why I remove all tall screens from my scooters. I never ride behind one - no matter the cold.

I use NOVUS plastic polish #1 on my windshields and it helps the rain and mist move to the each side while I am riding in the rain or mist. It helps a lot. It also makes cleaning the windshield after a ride much easier.

I found another article but I wasn't sure if it was specific for motorcycle helmets. That is the problem with many of these anti fog products.

I got these. Tossed 'em under the seat. They really work! It hasn't misted on me since I started carrying them.

Luckily I'm on the coast and we rarely get drizzle here because it's just too windy. Maybe once or twice a year. I use the tall screen to keep the constant gale off me.
