You don't.
It doesn't require any lubrication.
If you do lubricate it you will most likely damage it.

Thanks for the quick reply. It is just that I found the throttle a bit sticky to turn and wondering the cable might need some lubrication to make it smooth again.

Might not be the cable, it could be the twistgrip. Bit of WD40 in the right place might help...?

As an old time mechanic told me-if it sticks or squeaks spray wd-40-if that don't fix it-hit it with a hammer, if that don't work probably an electrical problem.
