Headlight high beam not working, low beam is

Hello,
I have 2023 pcx
So my headlight high beams don't work, low beam does.
On my dashboard it shows that high beams are on all the time.
Iv checked fuses, they not blown.
I'm lost could do with some advice.

A 2023 model PCX in metallic blue is a motorbike outside the offerings we have in the US. Nice to have choices other than metallic brown.
Is your 2023 model not still under warranty? Most Honda warranties are transferable and stay with the bike even if they're resold.
