looks like they're fully adjustable -- mine are a different brand, but they have the adjustable strap that goes between the two bags -- means it'll fit on just about anything. I actually put the straps under the seat, which means that when the seat is closed it's a little more difficult to remove them.

I've seen other brands that are identical to Oxford. They must sell them under a different name or have a supplier that does.
