Service @ 21.000 km for my PCX 150

Post by FritzPinguin »

Today was the day for the first "big" service on my lovely Red Rat. After the morning rain I took her to the garage about 11 am, about 3 pm it was done. A new belt, break pads (front), spark plug, Variator Cones (Driven Pulley), several gaskets. Engine oil changed. All together, including labour was 2.540 Baht (about 62 Euros or 79 US$).
Now she is pulling off smoothly like new, a true delight.
A PCX is really affordable in Thailand :D :D

Monthly UK average earnings are £2250
Monthly Thai average earnings are £251
So if you do the numbers, £200 in the UK is less than half the price paid in Thailand.
