Adjustable Levers?

Anybody got em, what do you think? I found a set on Fleebay for 25 bucks, that cheap i might give them a try.

I have then as well. Mine also hinge 90° in case the bike gets laid down. It reduces the risk of breaking them. As far as price, it doesn't seem bad, but it also depends on the make/brand.

These look to be the same ones I have. I find them to be pretty fantastic, though the mounting hole in one of them was a little bit too tiny for the special bolt on the bike, I had to buy a $6 chainsaw file and lightly file out the insides to prevent the lever from becoming "sticky" and sometimes not fully returning to the correct position.

Actually, come to think of it, with the ones I have you can't adjust them to the lowest setting without them impeding how hard you can squeeze the brake lever, they still work wonders, but if you adjust them to bring the lever too close then you're not going to be able to get 100% braking power.

You would have to adjust the brake cable if you wanted to keep the levers at the shortest distance setting. I had to adjust it for my wife's bike.

General question that might have alresdy been asked and answered: will the adjustable brake levers that fit a 2013 pcx fit the 2015 model as well?

The adjusting the brake cable is something that's a little tricky IMO. My front ones work fine, but the rear brakes only seem to work like stock at the maximum setting. I've tried adjusting the nut behind the transmission case, but tightening it anymore seems to result in the rear brake getting applied when I'm not squeezing the brake lever.

I got similar ones to Secoda, made by bikers. Hesitated at first to buy, but after the install was surprised as to the nice responsive feel.
Took a bit to get the back brake adjusted, but by putting the bike on the center stand, adjusting the nut 1/2 turn at a time and checking the free spin each time I was able to get it quite tight.

If possible, take the stock lever with you when buying. Compare the hole size, location and the thickness of area around the hole.

Buying ebay can be a chinese crap shoot.
Folding levers are for a fall - don't fall. After a fall you'll have more concerns than brake levers.
Buy the non folding ones that don't have that extra movement beneath you fingers.
You can pay anywhere from $19 to $130 for a set.

When I purchased the levers for both of my 2013 models I had never changed them before. It was easy enough, as long as you adjust the brake cable after you find out where the levers are most comfortable to you.

Not the least expensive, but amazon has all sorts of accessories for a pcx.

I bought the Amazon ones. Work great. Much better than the stock ones.

Stock Forza and PCX levers are awful cheap feeling. I too bought the ones from Amazon

I do not know how some people are willing to pay over 100 bucks for levers. I can't tell those and these 32 dollars ones apart.

Why do people install these? Do they have less play than the OEM ones?
