Hey, was in Italy a couple weeks ago and saw a few of these very forzaish 400s around...
I guess it is a silver wing 400, of course the US does not get them.
Just looked up the specs... and the thing weighs 545 pounds?
Does a 399cc twin actually weigh that much more than a 279cc single? or where is all that weight coming from?
They sure look about the same as a forza 300.
I think the Forza could use another 100 cc's for folks who carry passengers a lot or live in the high mountains maybe. I don't need it and enjoy the 68-70 mpg.

The SW-T 400 is a smaller engined version of the SW-T 600, essentially the same scooter.
This was the Silverwing replacement but alas has not been made available everywhere.
There are a few reasons its heavier than a Forza, not just the two cylinders and 100cc.
That's a Honda?? Wow. I wish they offered them in the United States. When I bought my Burgman 400 it was because of its reputation. I had heard about the Burgman online and through work. I knew about the Honda Silverwing too. When I went to look at the Burgmans (both the 400 and the 650), I thought the 650 was too large. I then looked at the Honda Silverwing. It looked nice, aside from the back end (it looks blah). However, it was larger than what I needed. If they had a 400cc version that looked like the one pictured above, my decision would have been much harder.
