Strange sound under the steering - HELP PLS

Hi guys,
I bought new 2014 PCX125 few days ago. Going home, after few kilometers I heard really strange sound or noise, pretty irritatingly jingling under steering wheel. It is happening when I keep throttle constant about 50-60 km/h.
I went back to dealership and in their service told me that it is nothing and it is only combine break spring is jingling. They stretched it a bit and I heard nothing few kilometer, and it started jingling again. Went back to them, they did the same but it was not help.
I'm fighting with them to replace that part, but they want first to contact Honda to ask for their opinion.

Please help me to solve this problem if anyone of you had similar problem, any advise or suggestion is helpful.

I can record that sound and upload on YouTube to hear it.
