Forza aftermarket exhaust
You will see the diagram of the exhaust system for 2 different Honda bikes. Now I understand how and why certain places sell an exhaust overseas that is made for another Honda scoot.
It might not be 100% identical but who knows it might be because these are only sketches in a parts catalog.

Re: Forza aftermarket exhaust
Well the 1st pic is the SH300 and the 2nd pic is the Forza300 : )
I have also looked all over ebay(all countries too) looking at and comparing the used exhaust, and comparing the bends of the exhaust pipe.... if they are not exact then they are VERY close.

Re: Forza aftermarket exhaust
The slip-on part looks the same (muffler and heat shield), but the header pipes look different to me.
So if you're looking at an aftermarket exhaust for the SH300 hoping it'll fit the Forza, you might still be out of luck.

Re: Forza aftermarket exhaust
SH300 and Forza 300 exhausts may look similar but are completely incompatible.
This has been brought up a few times before.

Re: Forza aftermarket exhaust
I have seen it brought up but never seen it proven....incompatible.
What I find strange about the not fitting theory is that Power by Forza sells an exhaust for the Forza that is actually a SH300 part number and there are videos of it on youtube : )

Re: Forza aftermarket exhaust
Bringing this topic back from the dead; Anybody on here try to get a slip on from another similar CC bike and try to make it fit on the Forza 300 ?
I contacted a guy selling a burgman 400 arrow exhaust on Craigslist about this arrow muffler.
I think its the Arrow Reflex 2.0 exhaust.
Found some specs on it:
Silencer body lenght (mm) - 350,00
Junction (inlet) diameter (mm) - 40,00
Junction (outlet) diameter (mm) - 50,00
Will have to double check with the forza 300 exhaust Diameter is.

Re: Forza aftermarket exhaust
Today I took the Forza to get it's arrow slip on fitted to it.
Went to a fellow Honda Enthusiast who works at a machine shop in my area(Frankenstein Speed & Custom) and got a custom bracket and mid pipe fabricated to make it fit to the stock header. I'll be looking to ceramic coat in black everything but the slip on to clean it up even more.
I'll take more pics of the bracket when i take it apart and also measure the weight difference between the old and new.
Here's what it looks like: before and after picture.

Re: Forza aftermarket exhaust
It was more for looks and then weight; sound wise it's just a little deeper cause i kept the dbkiller in.
I'm still able to stealthily speed around everywhere so its good.

Re: Forza aftermarket exhaust
Don't understand why you bought a burgman exhaust when Arrow now make one for the Forza?

Re: Forza aftermarket exhaust
This cost me around 400CAD all in; would've cost significantly more if it was new with the delivery. and who knows how long it would've taken to arrive.

Re: Forza aftermarket exhaust
Forget exhausts. I want to run straight pipe just as an experiment. Not sure how to do that.
People have asked me if my Forza is electric. I wish it was.

There are those who will sit looking at their Porsche Speedster.....and think, "I need to run down to Walmart and get some racing stripe tape and a set of fuzzy dice!"
Or a generic fart can that fits everything from an R6 to a Sears riding mower....

Just remove the rear can xD i was suprised how OK it sounded without the muffler on, but it was definitely too loud for street imo. it depends where you live i guess.

Re: Forza aftermarket exhaust
Finally got the header mid pipe and brackets ceramic coated black. Matches quite well with the stock black.
Looks 100% stock.
Put a bigger pic of the new setup

Re: Forza aftermarket exhaust
Rarely do I see an aftermarket exhaust that actually looks better for the 'bike than stock, (with exception to those horrid squared-off cans for the ZX-14), but this is absolutely a major improvement over stock!! Great job. As soon as I get my Forza I'll be doing this as well.
