Actually it was yesterday late afternoon.
I Finally got out after servicing WN 2 weeks ago. Rode 25 miles. The sun was out and it was just a-wee-breezy. Temp high 50's. Dressed properly it was perfect! How is it that riding makes Us feel "Glad All Over!" and Happily "That" feeling lasts!!

You know this scenario: driver's looking straight at you then pulling out in front of you. I'm looking at them too and ready for their crap! Out they come as if I waved them on. Slowing down I sit with mouth open raise my left arm and say inside my lid..."Really?" So yeah I avoided about three of those type.
Didn't ruin my fun though. Just another part of my ride.

Where did I go. Me and WN Down by the SeaShore. Glorious. Then I pulled up to one of my fav restaurants and went in to chat. A hour passed quickly then I left to head back before that ugly rain returned. From blue to gray skies just like that, Boom! It was damp and colder. Stupid Weather! Ugh!
It Down Poured an hour after I got in.

A word about the Dreadful conditions of our roads. Oh my Gadosh! It was great practice but c'mon! Swerving and Weaving "constantly" to avoid potholes, severe cracks, sunken man hole covers, and holes that Were repaired so badly that a child could have done better with play dough or silly putty  (Flashback! You remember! :D )
I should have pulled over to take a photo or two. You can't describe this crap! We're suppose to keep our eyes up looking at the horizon. Well,......how's that working for ya!
Ok. Bitch'in done.
Because I'm Happy :P

WN - those are scary road conditions for sure. Wow. . ..

They are trying to reinstate highway tolls in CT to help pay for our infrastructure rebuild. About 50 or so gantries they are talking. I can imagine how much worse Rt. 1 will be for a while with people avoiding I-95 tolls just to go to and from work.

Oh . . . and I paid $3.01 for gas yesterday.

But I'm still grinning.
