If it makes 5hp more (doubtful. the most I ever see an exhaust improving is 10%) it is because of the exhaust and a higher pulling rpm which you can always get by changing weights.. Not the Variator.

The spring is a tuning non issue on these big four stroke bikes. Changing springs and clutches became popular, and necessary, on two stroke scooters with engine mods resulting in 50% horsepower increases to eliminate slipping.

I have clear idea.
What I want is a better acceleration expecially between range 60-100 km, and a top speed of 140 km similar to the original forza's speed.
When I started going to the forum I spoke with Be red about this problem, he suggested combo mix, but Mario experimented that is not a good solution.
Now I have to decide between: Dr Pulley 17 or 18 grams sliders and a new variator: Malossi or Autisia. I know Malossi but I don't know Autisia also if I'm attracted.
The first solution is less expensive but I don't know if is similar in satisfaction like change variator. I don't want waste money and I don't want loose the honda realiability.
Help me with your experience please

At the moment a few day's rainy weather

But the sunny day's are coming so I can start again to take the Forza for a fun ride every day with a big smile on my face

Almost got the first 1000km on it so I must make a appointment with the dealer for his first maintenance, bringing my own ( Castrol Power RS 4T 10W30 ) oil plus oil filter and a new drain bolt with magnet, can do it all by myself but need the stamp for the guarantee.

Also ordered an DNA air filter, more air and lives a live time with regular cleaning/oiling

Mario everytime you amaze me with interesting news. Where did you by the filter? I want it me too. Could you please post the link.Now I ordered the dr pulley sliders like you, I m waiting to receive them. About oil I suggest you Barthal oil I always use it, in many comparative test result much better than castrol.
Futere step will be a new variator: malossi, but I don't know if it work well with dr Pulley sliders, or autisia variator or a new clutch (which one will be the best I m waiting your test)

I have a Malossi variator, 16.5g, have gained acceleration, lost top speed. I too would like to know if 18g sliders would be the way to go.

Usually here in Italy when you purchase a malossi variator it comes with two different types of rollers weights. The malossi has running surfaces that do not fit perfectly with dr pulley sliders, someone says that it's better the combination dr pulley sliders + original variator, other says that fit malossi variator is much better then dr pulley+original variator.
The 3 solution malossi+dr Pulley sliders is experimented here in italy in different scooters forum, but not for forza.

Drain bolt with the magnet is just an extra to collect metal particles out of the oil, not necessary but ............

My Malossi variator came with 6 12g rollers. For the hell of it, I put them all in. Bike accelerates very well, top speed is still around 85mph. Was hoping for more top speed, maybe once I get my Moriwaki exhaust and K&N filter installed.

Can you post a video so we can see the rpm versus speed?

I don't have a GoPro, but I will make a mental note of it. It sits around 7500rpm at 70-75mph.
