Is that a ridge on the exhaust roller? How is your chain tensioner? I think mine is making a tapping noise.

No ridge, its smooth to touch but its visible,im not sure why its there or what has caused it...roller spins fine as well.
All of it is coming off soon to do the head so ill have a closer inspection on it.
I havent noticed anything unusual with tensioner, maybe its your valve clearance?

Intake port pic, looks nice and clean in there..

Exhaust port looks bit worrying but on googling about it sounds ok,normal....maybe its running tad lean in top rev,im not sure..

Ive just ordered this A/F meter to monitor the mixture and see if it can be improved by upon, costs arm and a leg at this price:
https://www.denniskirk.com/409933.sku?u ... medium=cse

But i got lucky to pick it up at bargain basement price :

So if its running leanish,Yuminashi has made efi adjuster that has two knobs to turn up the fuel volume while road tuning, these two, hand in hand is like match made in heaven... :D

It would be nice if Bazzaz made their wide band logging fuel controller for the PCX as the do for the CBR20R. It is completely programmable on the pc.

Looks like the intake port could use some polishing.

While I'm waiting for the valve springs to arrive, I kinda got bored and decided to buy some plasti dip product and colour the swing arm and trans cover black...I thought if it looks shit house ill just peel it back of and no damage done..I have to say though, the bits looks shit hot in black.

The bracket (not sure it is a swinging arm tbh) looks much better in black. I've been thinking about doing that myself

I'm using pod in the box (with the cover on) to reduce pod noise. I would have been happy to use my DNA panel filter in the box but because I'm using 31mm throttle the stock airtube from the airbox was too small to connect to it. Some mods were needed with using larger hose especially plumbing the hose in to the airbox. While I'm fairly certain I have achieved 99% seal around it I figured its a lot safer just runing the pod in there for perfect filtration.
Performance is unnoticeable between open pod and with it in the box but noise reduction is huge though..

im looking at doing this i realized i need more air flow after my exhaust did you run a pipe or some connector or was it directly on the hose.

210cc. Now that's insane... 64mm bore by 64.9mm stroke, that's pretty square. It would make plenty of power and rev like a SOB
