Sorry, I have no LED PCX SM to link you to. The only reason there is a link to 2011-2013 PCX available is somebody scanned the entire book and posted it online. To my knowledge no one has done this yet for our later models. You will need to go here and purchase one like I did when they become available. homie's correct and I too have purchased manuals from Helminc, but they're of no help (at the moment) for a 2017.
Soooo, I took a quick www search for you and came up with this:

Note the book states 2013-2017 on the bottom right corner. You can read the fine print of that label on their webpage (it's difficult to read in the photo)

There's not really any digital versions in English that I've ever found. Just a Vietnamese version.

I have pcx 125 (year 2013). I am willing to buy one but i can't find anywhere for year 2013 but 2011. Would anyone please send me one for my pcx 125 for 2013. I will really appreciate. Since i do not live in USA, it's so tricky to have one. Even i asked my honda dealer to buy but they don't sell. My email is encle4321@gmail.com.

I believe they are good copies of original manuals as I bought one from them and it's excellent but was not a true Honda supplied manual (mine had no hole punches and the diagrams were very good but not as contrasty as an original manual). That said, this is strange - the photo shows 2013-2015, the sticker mentions 2014-2016 and then says it covers 2017 with application of stickers to the cover - hmm, doesn't the 17' models differ in terms of keylock and other minor changes?

I would very much appreciate the SM for a 150, 2013 model if available.
