I bought the Givi mounts and bolted the trunk direct to those. Discarded the mount that came with the trunk. I have no intention of removing. Also I put the Givi mounts on the wrong sides of the bike as per the instructions. It just seems to me there is more support that way.

Well, I didn't build the Jesus bike (pictured previously), so I didn't get to use the nail gun. I did cut a bit more of the fender than I had originally intended, ended up doing a DIY fender eliminator.

Wow, looks VERY good.

I like your "remove before flight" tag. Someone gave me one of those for my PCX awhile back too. :lol:

Not the lettering. But I suspect that letters may have been painted in. Check a pic of my PCX ... the decals are from Autozone. http://hondapcx.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1273
