I took it for a ride up the 4000 foot Coquihalla Pass when it was new to me.
It was over heating until I filled the radiator to the TOP using a paper cup out of the garbage can.
It still has that mountain water in it after 135,000 km. (83,000 miles) No over heats.
Snowflake.
I bet you never even considered peeing in there.

People always get excited about the name Honda, think of superior Japanese technology and manufacturing. Remember Forza is built in Thailand, enough said....!

The worst problems I ever had with any bike I've owned were with a Honda motorcycle made in Japan.

Not really, it all got fixed under warranty and I ended up with an engine hand built by a top notch mechanic.

Quite amusing that the first major flaw in the Forza 125 was electrical.
Who'da thunk an Italian made bike would have electrical gremlins... ?

I think most of PCX and Forza are built in Thailand, then they ship it over in pieces to finish some bits in some other countries, kind of part assemblies, maybe some panels, tires etc. , I think the trick is not pay full import tax on a completed vehicle...
Honda has huge manufacturing plants here for these bikes and many others, exports to the rest of the world. No point building new ones...
By the way, the latest rumours in Thai media is that Forza 350cc with new VTEC engine is on the way...! nice....
