Something tells me that I am going to have to keep my eyes open for one of those.

I like it, too!
But I'd really like it if it included a GPS display and Bluetooth audio connectivity to an underseat toaster oven.
Just joking. It looks very cool.

Will the previous mileage be reported to the new dashboard? I'm hoping the odometer doesn't reset to zero when that happens

I don't know for sure, but I can pretty much guarantee you that the previous mileage will not be available on the new odometer. The only way that it might be possible is if the new one has a way to manual program the mileage in, which I doubt it does.

I thought so too. I'm trying to get at least the voltmeter and clock installed when I get my scooter.

Looks OK. Wasn't in awe.

Is it more expensive than a thesaurus?

Update post installation:

I have had the new dash for awhile and really like it so far. I saw some questions about the mileage and whether it resets, it does start at zero and no way I can tell to manually program it. You could always get to an even number before replacing that and tracking that on Fuelly if you want to keep a good archive for it.

Otherwise, it provided all the items I like to see, the clock, the voltage monitoring, the digital speed and the RPM's. You can change the background colors and it is very easy to see the display in the bright sunlight as well. It looks like the stock dash fitting in the same was as the original. No extra added items for clocks and RPM gauges. The oil change and belt change reminders are an added bonus as well.

I recommend having the temp sensor installed in the frame somewhere to just give you external temp vice in the cooling loop as I don't really see too many situations where the PCX will overheat from the coolant itself and there is a separate monitoring sensor for that anyway. I don't find that too useful watching the coolant temperature as it is right now and would have preferred to have outdoor temp instead.

Kit came with everything except for the hose assembly piece that allows you to install the coolant sensor into the cooling loop.

I had a shop install the kit so I can't provide any details on ease of installation.

Hope this helps

I just bought another PCX 150 and the first thing I did was go to a Dollar Store and buy a cheap watch, which I took the band off of and tie wrapped to my handlebar. Now I have a clock on my PCX!

For a minute there I thought the thread was about the new dash from Kitaco not the how to solve your clock problem! Maybe you could start a clock thread and post some pictures of your mod there.

Good point. Thanks for posting your review! It looks like the Kitaco instrument panel has much more than a clock to add. I am looking forward to getting one.

I like all the added features that this dashboard has but I'm doubtful that I would get it. If I did like you Scompton1. I would have the dealer install it. How much was it for the dealer to install it?

I would love the clock in the dash. Right now I have the Clocks 4 Bikes on my scooter. Yes it is a pretty pricey time piece but it looks awesome. I love the handwritten note that my husband got with it when he ordered it.

I ended up purchasing one of these and had it installed. Ignore the temp setting. It read -9C because the sensor had not been corrected. It has been rectified now.

Can you change the RPM display to a more compact range? Say max 10k RPM?

The range is static, but it can be changed to MPH or KPH with the RMP's being the numerical reading at the bottom. I like it for the clock, particularly compared to the original instrument panel.
