I think lubing it with copper grease before it seizes up is the answer. Just a bit of preventative maintenance.

Bollocks, seem to have the exact same swingarm problem on mine. Bike is a 2011 PCX125 with 5200 miles, still on original IRC tyres. Will try penetrating spray for a start

good pics, I have used deep creep and PB blaster on my outboards, there is no discernible diff, they both work equally well.
