It depends on the shape of the tank. The pcx tank is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom so the gauge stays "full" for longer but drops rapidly when under 1/2 full. I'm not too sure what shape the Forza tank is but it may be the other way around. Any Forza experts out there?

ACF 50 won't work on the exhaust.
The fuel gauge is utterly useless, use the tripmeter.
Usefully the tank capacity is 2.5 gallons.
Fill to brim, zero trip A run till trip A shows double the mpg indication.
At this point you will have half the mpg figure in miles remaining.
e.g. mpg shows 80, trip A shows 160, miles remaining 40
I've been using this method for 9,500 miles and it definitely works.
(so long as you don't get confuddled by trip B like I did once and ran out....

)

The tank is 3 gallons. On the fuel gauge, the first gallon is entirely above the Full mark, the second gallon is between Full and Empty, and the third gallon is entirely below Empty. So the needle only shows the middle 1/3rd of your tank. As gn2 suggests, using the average mpg display plus a trip meter is your best practical solution, and filling at the 2.5 gallon mark makes the math easy and gives you good range.

I too traded in my PCX for the Forza back in March. I had like 68 mpg on my first tank then it dropped after. Now (3,000 miles later), I average 63 mpg (US miles and gallons). I average 60 mph

Forza fuel tank gauge issues.
...or fill up when it reaches the red and you will never run out
