The Taurus Judge is the modern day Blunderbuss, this inexpensive revolver chambers 5 rounds of .410 shot shell or .45 Long Colt, as well as the .454 Remington Magnum or combination there of. Since its popularity as a close quarter home defensive weapon that won't blow through your walls and your neighbors several ammunition makers have designed .410 home defensive shells that contain combinations of bb's and discs.you you wrote:What round does the Taurus fire? The cylinder looks really long.
The light weight Judge Polymer version whimsically known as the 'Public Defender' shown above loaded with a couple defensive shot rounds and three .45cal long colts to follow can put a woman's mind at ease driving through the roughest zombie lands. One weapon delivering shot gun coverage then if that's not enough unleashing tremendous stopping power through a car door if needed. You only have 5 shots, so not my weapon of choice however it has brought the revolver back on to the market big time. Funny how things go full circle from the original Colt peace maker
