The way i understand it, nearly all bikes that fit the class B category also fit the class A category. The only reason i can see for class A is to carry a passenger. Class A and B bikes are essentially the same; class A just requires extra paperwork and money.

Thanks for all the information. I haven't seen any small scooters with the new plates yet.
