Just went out for a ride but had to come back, the throttle rattle was p*ssing me off.
seems to be when I get just over 15mph, and I could be rolling and there wont be a rattle,
yet just a little turn of the throttle and its there and loud,
anyone know where the cause might be for this....
doesn't seem to do it when its up on the stand (that i've noticed)
so it's harder to point where it is.

This is what I was told, my 2013 PCX had the very noisy variator. with the bike off and pusing it, there was a grinding noise. when I took it to the dealer, they said that Honda does not grease the bearing for the variators so they changed it and the noise is now gone.
