Re: Forza 300 vs. Kawsaki J300
I echo your comments 100% waybar.( including the softer ride comment). The Forza in my book is just a fantastic mid range scooter. The engine size and power is perfect for around town and touring needs. Might be slightly underpowered if moving around two up for distances...something like the Burgman 400 would be better for that.... but this Forza is just great...recalls or no recalls.

I believe there was a recall on early pcx's for the drain tube on the filler grommet not fitted correctly or something like that.
My stands been fine but it's greased up and I don't sit on the bike with the stand down.
It's a bit of a tangent to off on considering this threads about forza v j300 though.

Ah, you just reminded me, it was battery acid eating through the fuel line.

I made the claim, it falls to you to disprove it if you believe its wrong.Pcxdemon wrote: Well, I said please, but I understand if there is no real info to back up your claim..
Can you find conclusive proof that only two PCXs ever had broken stand mounts?

Making claims out of thin air, loosing credibility by the minute.gn2 wrote:I made the claim, it falls to you to disprove it if you believe its wrong.Pcxdemon wrote: Well, I said please, but I understand if there is no real info to back up your claim..

Nope, stating the facts.Pcxdemon wrote:Making claims out of thin air
I personally know of three PCXs it happened to in Aberdeen and there have been a few reports of it on this and other forums.
The design was bad.
Honda improved it for later models.
This is an indisputable fact.
