Thank you for the tip. ;)
I'm chuckling about this since I was a young lady once.

If it is a tablet with few moving parts then it is easy to transport,
but the contacts with the screen that run though the hinges on a laptop
are vulnerable to expensive types of damage as they get banged about on a scooter.

 You are right !
I's a 17'' laptop so it does not fit easily everywhere but i 'll put an extra givi top case and a ram mount and i believe that there will be no problem at all.
Of course the laptop will be inside a special case and it will be protected from impacts.

I mean something like this :

SH 300 has one of these OEM, i have put the following to my daughters YAMAHA and i ' m still searching the way to do it to PCX too but YAMAHA has a bolt there so i fit it easily without drilling holes to plastic. Take a look (of another scooter because something is wrong with my pictures and i can not put them) :

Any ideas?
Thank you in advance.
sorry - no pictures yet... but I did buy a phone mounting kit for the odd time I need my GPS, most of the time I unclip the phone clamp leaving the vertical mount on the 'bars. The bags hook over it nicely - no need for a separate hook. Before that I just kept a foot-long cord to tie them up to the bar - long enough to pull through a few loops for safety

My biggest upgrade was just a small metal rack on the rear end and a long flat piece of cord. The cord has a loop, so I can make a lassoo and loop it around the seat where I sit and run it up the middle of the seat and tie it to the rack, possibly throwing a loop around a box on top or something... With the cord, I also have 3 bungees and a small cargo net that live in a small bag under the seat along with a bathmat - just a cheap rag, bug enough to cover the paint if I put something a bit harsher on the back...

Works nicely - yesterday I picked up a Microwave and brought it home with 3 bags of shopping. 2 bags under seat, one on the 'bars and the microwave on the back seat.

I wouldn't bother with a hook. If you don't want to mount anything, then just buy a length of cord and shove it in your glovebox! Just be sure to tie it right, put a loop under the bar, then push a loop from one end through the loop and pull it tight with the other end, repeat 3 times... it comes undone by pulling one end. What's that called?

Thank you Ben2talk for your ideas.

I have decided to use a ram mount on the handlebar as Oyabun above.
I have ram mounts for my GoPro on my SH 300 and i'm very satisfied with them.

I will also put a GIVI top case (i allready have one which came of an older bike in excellent condition).
After the top case has been installed there will be no problem at all.
You can cary anything and tie them with the top case using elastical straps like these :
