I saw that Michelin do a winter city grip now but unfortunately not in PCX sizes. Hopefully they might increase the size range they do in the future.
What I did find was these though for the summer.

I've heard nothing but good things from Heidenau. They're popular in the dirt bike community.

No show in the desert (about 113 miles North East of Las Vegas) but I did ride through the summer with temperatures reaching 112 degrees. Imagine driving through a hairdryer!
