I always have lots of gadgets too. I work with computers for a living, so we always have awesome computers. Me and my wife are both gamers too, so we have 2 Wiis, 2 3DSs, 2 good gaming computers (mine is Core i7 Ivy Bridge, 32GB RAM, GTX570HD, RAID0+1 of 256GB SSDs, all in a microcase the size of a toaster). I have an iPhone, but I hate it. We have 6 laptops, 4 of them from work.

We have one of those WDTV players, I loaded new firmware on it, it's awesome. We have 2 2TB drives hooked up to it, hooked up to our 3 TVs through a HDMI matrix.

Also, I built a touchscreen PC using an old laptop and a touchscreen monitor to use in the kitchen when cooking.

I'm a total nerd, but proud of it. :D

That's a lot of stuff! :D I'm no good with computers in terms of customising them - although I'm pretty good at using some software and also using Google to solve all my problems lol! I'd love to have a good desktop to play games on, but we don't have enough space and I also don't have enough time to become addicted to something like The Sims again haha :(

I finally upgraded my home PC from XP SP2 to XP SP3 today. Why should I buy windows 8 when XP works fine and my old joystick wont work on newer windows versions?

I do have a new LG Smart 3D TV so does that mean I dont need a WDTV or GN's gadget as my TV plays internet and youtube and various file formats straight from a plug in USB drive.

Strictly speaking you don't buy it, you pay for a licence to use it and it remains the property of Microsoft.
Me I don't use Windows.
If it wasn't for my wife's refusal to re-learn how to do things with non-MS software my house would be a totally MS free zone.
As it is there's just the one PC with an infection of Windows, all the rest run Linux.

According to the LG forum it does support mkv and ts files. But wont ever support iso due legal and tech reasons and Im not sure about .img as wasnt mentioned, so I guess not. Seem to be a lot of geeks riding the PCX. I had a ZX81 then a Dragon 32. Dreamt of having a Commodore 64 !
