Okey so here is video number one, with the engine off.

there´s a strange sound when i roll with my hand the wheel ( first spin ) that is ambient sound.

That is a proper sounding bearing for the rear wheel and normal engine chatter for a PCX. Yes you made the correct adjustment for the drum, Mel directed you correctly.
