By the way, not all of the tailbox base plates are Honda branded. I have GIVI on mine, as well as their tailbox. Honda does not manufacture their own base. They find a manufacturer and have them modify theirs, put the Honda name on them, and sell them at a higher price than what you could find the original manufacturer selling theirs at. If the pcx you buy does not come with one, and you decide to purchase one, look around online...or ask us. There are several good manufacturers. Same with a lot of other accessories such as windscreen.
Take your time. Most of the used pcx's are well taken care of, but there will be a few that aren't. Stay away from the 2011 model unless you don't want to use the center stand. Otherwise, happy hunting.
