Yes sure, i would love to.
Let's start with the REPAIRS, not maintenance :

1. Speed sensor toasted, also wires worn off, solution replace the sensor, and more wire.
2. Rear light fuse ground did not work, repaired.
3. Differential ball bearings replaced 2 times STARTED using 90w oil !!!
4. idle speed valve,O2 sensor
5. engine partial rebuild at 170.000 cause of extensive oil burning, 500ml every 400km (250miles) changed Piston(set)
6. front brake caliper changed once, recently !!!
7. I blew up the variator 2 times after a burn out on...............wet tiles floor
i ll add more when i check my files

Maintenance i change the oil every 3.000km(1864miles) using only the BES......noooooo of coarse NOT, just oil, nothing fancy 10-40 and 15-40

Valve clearance when rebuilding the engine, and not fond of doing it again soon

BTW pcx is a nice small scooter but the rear brake, well there isn't one

Of coarse i ride it as hard as i can every time WOT, as much as i can.

also changed the rear suspension once, cause 1 of 2 shocks was leaking oil, changed both with stock shocks. The rear wheel is quite worn on the inside where the pads work it.

Also the double stand in broken on the one side and i have it off the bike attaching it only when i service it.

"Also the double stand in broken on the one side and i have it off the bike attaching it only when i service it."

The 2011 PCX has a known problem with the center stand. You have to be aware of the fact that too much weight on it will cause it to break and possibly crack the engine casing where it attaches. Honda reinforced that area in later models. Here is an older thread on the issue.

Thanks mate, i know there is a problem, faking Honda...but i am not willing to take my engine off, then get the engine to a shop for a weld, at least not now.

you can get a new brake lining pressed into your rear wheel, i had an old bike that needed 1 doing but i cant remember if it was a dealer part or an engineering place made it

Amazing!

I've noticed that you started using 90w oil on the final gear box, and makes complete sense, since is like a differential. I don't understand why using motor oil in a place like that.

I'm going to start using gearbox oil in that part. and change it every 20.000km, just like my old SYM Joyride Scooter

OHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh YESS, you are right, it was stupid using motor oil inside a differential...i think that on the 2n pcx, the led one, they have it changed to 90w on the manual too !
