You can use any number of free programs to do it like Paint.net or use something like Photobucket which will resize it as well. The other option is to kick down the resolution on your camera which is saving all pictures in very high resolution that is really a waste of space most of the time.
I figured it was the resolution but I took it down to 5 megapixels and still gives me the same error! I'll figure something out! :)

Finally, so excited my hands were shaking! Reduced the resolution from 13 megapixels to 2.7 megapixels...!

What's your top speed on that? While the PCX isn't exactly aerodynamic, I think the "classic" scooter design is even less aerodynamic.

i heard it tops at 72 mph. 35 mph was as fast as i rode! my mechanic told me to take it easy on the first couple weeks or 300 miles so the engine can be broken in properly! the Honda dealer that quoted me $4500 otd just called me a few moments ago and offered me $4100!!!

Looks fantastic! Very nice. Justgottascoot got a GPS verified 70 mph on a non broken in HD200. They're thinking 75mph is doable. The engine is a slightly bigger 171cc although not the 200 you'd think it'd be.

Dealers always do that. My friend wanted a Mazda 5 but dealer wouldn't budge on price. I told him to hold off a few days and the dealer will come crawling with a better offer. Sure enough, few days later they came crawling better with what a little bit better than what my friend offered in the first place after a couple extra goodies.

Hmm, interesting. My recent run on my PCX(slightly modified) showed a GPS indicated speed of 71 mph. Hopefully aftermarket parts are available for yours, as I'm pretty sure a 171cc engine can squeeze out more speed.

But yeah, dealing with stealerships is pretty exhausting.
