Re: About to buy a pcx 150 - couple questions
That video almost reminds me of my daily commute, just mine would be about 75% speed as him. Motorcycles and scooters weave JUST like that all over the city in LA. Cant speak for the rest of California, but I do know its legal in the whole state. I save about 20 min on my 12 mile commute home by taking the scooter. I love squeezing into small ass places on my scooter. Passing ferraris, BMW's, and porches stuck in traffic all day makes me happy. I can lane split a lot more easily on my scooter vs. the last couple motorcycles I had.

Mines a 125ESP and it seems nippier than most from accounts on here. Don't know why, I'm never that lucky just wondered if the ESP models had a tiny bit more zipTimmygp wrote:Yup - its a black pcx 150 ESP on the side...
I use photobucket from an iPhone for pics

She looks good!!!!! Still getting use to riding - biggest thing throwing me off is Turing my head at full speed to look for cars.... But I'll get use to the ockward helmet weight and size .... I hope the speed increases.. 60mph - was hoping for a little more.

I suppose there not really about speed. I quite enjoy pottering around sometimes. If you can't do anything about something you might as well enjoy it
A screen might help a little
From Texas?
Re: About to buy a pcx 150 - couple questions
I think once she breaks in a little you will get more than 60 mph. Mine is the same for now, but it only has 100 miles on it.
Re: About to buy a pcx 150 - couple questions
Mine did not have more top speed after running it in. I do not think anyone has. Surprised a 150 can not do more than that and would not be happy personally about this

Re: About to buy a pcx 150 - couple questions
Yeah - everything I read was it would do close to 70mph... Oh well, I still like it - I'll max it out again in the next couple of days! I'm gonna download that iPhone speed app as well.

It's a really good app, stores your rides and routes and graphs the data

I'll check it out.
Have you seen "dashboard". Good fun if you've got a car or a phone holder for the bike

My PCX 125 gained about 5mph after break-in.
Congrats on the new bike!

It'll upload then the page to post will reload. You should then be able to select the file from the drop-down that is now below the reply window, and click place inline to have it display in your post.
If you'd rather host images elsewhere, I recommend using imgur.com. Photobucket doesn't like it if you reference the image from their site and will eventually block it, whereas imgur allows unlimited image hosting without blocking images from anywhere.
