I would have thought dropping off a cliff is the only way to achieve that speed on a PCX. 
When I realized that the PCX speedo is inaccurate, never will I bother looking at it again for reference..
Trying to make a small 150 cc fast..don't bother.
It's a scooter...Just enjoy the ride
