 - I was going to make something like the picture you posted, I believe there are 12 fins, but possibly not all usable due to different spacing?, I guess about 30mm from centre, but that's a guess. For the bolts, I was going to reverse feed them - bolt head + washer + nut then through and bolted on the other side, so the washer x (up to 12) will fit in the fins (whatever they are called) - ha! A template would be great - I tried searching for one for ages and could not find one with measurements.

				Hi Iceman,
Print this PDF out, make sure you select "actual scale" or 100%. I checked a print against the drive face and its accurate. It should be quite easy to drill a plank and use just two bolts...

				Yep, saved the pdf, checked options and the printout has the two 'holes' 8cm apart 

 I won't be able to get to this for a while as working most of the next 1-2 weeks inc weekends and nights, but hopefully if the weather holds I will be able to use this to make something. Thanks!
