tacos al pastor.
thinly sliced layers of pork onion pineapple and lamb.
cooked on the gyro spit.

hmmm, interesting combo. I was close Is the tacos al pastor "ready to eat" in the pic? Sounds tasty but looks a bit (pause)...odd.

I'll have mine without the pineapple, just like my pizza!

Oh contrairre Pierre. Pineapple adds a certain sweetness to most meat dishes. I even spritz my smoked meats with pineapple and Capt'n Morgans during the smoke
