I wonder how this scene would have played out on the streets of NY? Not quite so smoothly I don't think.

It seems like the Chimp has been on a "scooter ride" before. Quite a character. He looked like he knew what to do. I suppose if he fell off the lady could just let go of the chain and then go back for him. But doubt that would happen. Chimps are good tree huggers. LOL!!!
