Hi my pcx 2016 black is showing the oil change indicator in the speedometer after changing the oil
I have 23000 total mileage.

After changing the oil I have filled more than the required limit by mistake and I emptied the oil and changed it again, but still I have filled a bit more than the required limit!

Is that why the oil change indicator is ON? How do I reset the indicator?
Does the over filled engine oil effect the engines performance?

Can I fill the same oil which I use for engine to gear oil?

Please help and do let me know.

Press and hold the reset button while turning the ignition switch to the ON position. Make sure the display is showing the trip meter when your'e doing this.

i have a 2016 i dont have a oil change indacator the US models must not get that option
