amount of suspension oil and its viscosity pcx jf 28 2010

hello guys .. anyone q quantity that takes each jar from the front suspension of the pcx? I wanted to change my oil from the suspension but I don't know how much oil it takes or the viscosity. does anyone have manual or know these values?
