I don't have one on my Forza 300

The parking brake addition seems to be limited to certain countries, such as the United States, just as the idle stop is NOT available in some countries, such as the United States. If you have a model of the PCX with a rear drum brake, you could possibly install a parking brake, though I do not know how much effort would be involved.

I very seldom use mine, so I am not sure that it would be worth the effort. If you are afraid that it will roll, put it on its center stand.

Just pop it into 1st gear.

The 2020 is different. Every thing to set the parking brake is on the left handbrake, which personally I haven’t seen before, maybe somewhere knows of this set up. Did Honda relocate yours to the left hand brake?

it would be great to find out from your local dealer if you can retro-fit the ''parking brake'' device onto other pcx models . (part numbers etc )
UK/EU models dont have them and it looks like a simple modification.

If you really do feel the need for a parking brake get a clean rag. Tie the ends in a knot so when placed over the throttle tube and brake it applies the brake. Keep it under the seat. Sorted.
