Boom!!!
Test was done on variator, etc. modded 2015 model. Wonder if my 2013 could go any faster, considering it won't reach 70+ mph? Hmm...
ThIs is the TRC / That Racing Channel app. Pretty fun. :--)

That’s quick! Wait for a cooler day with low humidity and see what the improvement is !

Where y'at? :-)
I was in full tuck from start to finish, if you can't compete!! :-P Most of the time I've got my work backpack on with a couple pounds of tools in it, too... so not as aerodynamic as I'd like.
I'll have to give it another go now that it's colder. Gloves have kinda hindered me from using the app as much lately.

Finally got a chance to take the scooter out. lol
I couldn't remember if you did a full tuck or not so ima have to try it full tuck. LMAO and with the addition of the winglets on the front, I had extra drag and downforce on the front! LMAO
In all seriousness, almost identical times. Pretty cool. I have some clutch springs i need to throw in. Should make things interesting to compare.

I like those wings, where did you get them?

The lag at launch is slowing me down. Will try stiffer clutch springs.

Koso makes the real ones but they are on backorder so I went ahead and ordered some cheapy knock off ones from Amazon.
As for your take off, Im going to be changing out my clutch springs soon Gil.
Its the 3 pack from Malossi. Im thinking im going to run the middle set so if you want ill throw the weaker set at you. Just cover shipping.

Thanks for the offer, but I also have the spring kit already. I think I have the "touring" spring installed in the clutch already. I'll try the more aggressive ones.

That seems like a GPS issue more than your spring. Or like you just took your hand off the throttle or something.
Pretty sure you'll see a smoother graph after more runs. Sometimes going back the way you came from can give different times due to wind speed/direction, it even as little slope in the land. But your graph is definitely... ahem... wrong..

I agree with you the dips in the graph are bad GPS reception or something. I pin the throttle all the way to 1/4 mile. I do feel the slow takeoff from the slow clutch engagement. I would sometimes lift off the front wheel on take off with the original clutch/bell combo. I'll look for a flatter road to do some acceleration test.
